You can find drugstores in Kusadasi downtown and every district. Drugstores are open on weekdays 08.00 18.30 in winter and 08.00 20.00 in summer. Outside of these hours, on Sundays and offical holidays, each district has pharmacy rostered for emergency duty. You can find the list of chemists on duty in the windows of all pharmacies.

Official holidays are 1 January, 23 April, 19 May, 30 August, 29 October. Besides these days there are Lesser Feast (end of Ramadan) for 3 days and Feast of Sacrifice for four days but exact dates of these holidays vary by year.
